Information I collect

I collect information you provide through enquiry forms, email, telephone, WhatsApp and appointment booking. This may include your name, contact details, website address and the details of your enquiry. Basic security and server logs may also record technical information such as your IP address and browser.

Why I use it and the lawful basis

To answer enquiries and take steps you request before entering a contract, using the contract lawful basis.
To deliver agreed work, manage invoices and keep business records, using contract and legal-obligation bases.
To secure and improve the website, using legitimate interests where those interests do not override your rights.
To run optional analytics and advertising measurement only after your consent.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiry records are normally retained for up to 24 months. Contract, invoice and accounting records are normally retained for six years where required for legal and tax purposes. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed to investigate and prevent misuse.

Sharing and international transfers

I use service providers for website hosting, database storage, email delivery, scheduling and, with consent, analytics and advertising measurement. These may include Vercel, Neon, Resend and Google. Some providers process data outside the UK. Where this happens, I rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or approved contractual clauses.
