Soul Sauna’s booking process relied on multiple disconnected plugins, creating a fragmented system that was difficult to manage and prone to failure. Bookings, payments, customer verification, and access control were not fully integrated, leading to inefficiencies, manual intervention, and ongoing plugin costs.
Solution
We removed the dependency on multiple plugins and rebuilt the system as a single, streamlined booking platform. This included a custom backend application to handle bookings, payments, identity verification, and automated door access, all working together in a unified flow. The result was a direct, reliable pathway from customer booking through to physical access, with minimal manual input required.
